You might need a detox ifπ
- You suffer from an endless cycle of skin breakouts, rashes, eczema, acne and other skin blemishes
- Suffer from digestive problems such us diarrhoea or constipation
- Experience general aches and pains and suffer from fatigue or low energy
- Suffer from frequent unexplained headaches, fuzzy thinking, brain fog or lack of mental clarity
- Seem to pick up viruses quite easily, resulting in you being constantly medicated
- Suffer from several food and scent sensitivities, intolerances or allergies

THESE ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1- You will increase water consumption π§ between 1.5 to 2 Lt
2. You will increase the consumption of vegetables π₯¬ and some whole fruits π
3. You will reduce added sugars, bread π₯, chocolates π« and fruit or boxed juices π₯€
4. You will help your body to eliminate toxins with a pack of organic supplements (fat emulsifier, fiber, tea and good bacteria for your gut)
